Just made my own chai tea using cinnamon black tea and jasmine loose leaf green tea + many other spices and raw honey. Taste amazing! Tomorrow, I’m making my own soy milk!!

How I made it! (If anyone is interested that is.)
This makes about 6 servings in an eight oz coffee mug. (Math may be a bit off however.)
Ingredients:
3 & 1/2 cups of water. (tap)3 teabags of cinnamon black tea. (includes ginger* and cardamon*)1 tsp of clove powder. (whole clove works better however, just didn’t have it.)1 cup of cane sugar.2 tablespoons of organic raw honey.1 teaspoon of black pepper. 1 teaspoon of cinnamon. (no cinnamon tea, use 2 teaspoons or more/less depending all on you.)
* I just had randomly found cinnamon black tea, but otherwise, use black tea, 1/4 teaspoon of ginger and cardamon.
(Other things to add that would be good but I didn’t have on me: Vanilla & Basil. Also, if possible, replace the cane sugar with raw sugar or any other sweetener!)

Directions:
1) Boil water with four tea bags and spices all together, once boiling starts, continue for 3 to 6 minutes. 2) Add sugar & honey, stir in well.
3) Remove from heat, let sit for a couple minutes.
4) Discard teabags and strain twice into a bowl or some kind of canister.
5.) Strain once more into a gar of some sorts that can be stored in the fridge sealed, which can last for about a week.
6.) Mix half chai tea with milk/soy milk/cream/half & half in a pan. Heat over stove until desired temp.
7.) Drink!

Since I was out of soy milk (very vanilla), I used half french vanilla creamer and half & half. Heavy and sweet, but so yummy!
